Ainie was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in August 2014. Throughout nearly 7 years of practice, Ainie has handled variety of family law cases that include applications for disputed and undisputed divorce, child custody and maintenance for wife and children. In addition to that, she is also involved in civil and general litigation that includes representing Joint Management Bodies and companies for debt recovery matters. Ainie has also been a strong advocate of domestic violence issue. She has volunteered as legal advocate at Women’s Aid Organisation and Sisters In Islam to educate more women to fight against violence. Apart from that, Ainie has been the pro bono lawyer at DHRRA Malaysia since January 2017, committed to helping undocumented and stateless persons.
Apart from practising, she co-founded 3 NGOs serving various objectives help different underprivileged communities like Rohingya refugees, young women, single mothers and urban poor.
Hawanisa was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015 and has been practicing specifically in the area of commercial law. Her typical day would involve, for example, high-level negotiations, reading contracts and amending them for the clients, drafting legal papers for businesses and reviewing business mergers. Hawanisa also is experienced in handling formation of business and regulatory advice including cross border matters such as in Indonesia and Dubai.
Her personal involvement in startup industry includes co-founding and managing two startups, mainly Grub Cycle, a social enterprise aims to reduce food waste and Appsaya, a tech startup providing Business Matching and Networking platform for the Malaysia’s business event industry. Her other experiences also include management consulting, business developments and organisational development.
Rehana was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2014 and has been in legal practice since her admission. Rehana specializes particularly in the area of Banking & Finance, Commercial and Conveyancing practice. Rehana has experience on dealing with various subsale transactions of different kind, transfer of instruments and other related property transaction.
She also has vast experience in handling various housing development projects for established developers such as IJM Land Berhad, First Avenue Partners (Asia) Sdn Bhd, and Temokin Development Sdn Bhd, among others, involving both residential and commercial properties.
Nur Afiqah Din binti Baharudin graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2019. Soon after graduating, she commenced her pupillage at Messrs Zainul Rijal Talha & Amir specialized in handling conveyancing matters. She was then admitted to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in December 2020 and was retained as a lawyer in the firm.
Afiqah joined Messrs Jamaliyah Hidayah & Co in September 2021 where she was entrusted to be a part of the conveyancing department. She later joined Messrs Nurainie Haziqah & Co as a conveyancing lawyer in August 2022.
Nureen Elysya binti Sakya read law at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and graduated with honours in 2021. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Haris Ibrahim Kandiah Partnership where she was placed in the litigation department. During her pupillage, she was exposed to myriad area of laws which include but are not limited to civil, commercial, criminal and family law matters. Soon after she completed pupillage, she continued as a paralegal at the firm until the end of December 2022.
In February 2023, she joined Messrs. Nurainie Haziqah & Co. as a paralegal where she was entrusted to be a part of the litigation department. On 24th February 2023, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She is now serving as a legal associate at Messrs. Nurainie Haziqah & Co., where she continues to work closely with Nurainie Haziqah on litigation and corporate matters.
