Ainie Haziqah read law at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), graduating in 2013 with LLB (Hons). She wasthen called to Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in August 2014. Shestarted practising at Rusmah Arunan & Associates in September 2014 and later further her studies in Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice in UiTM, graduating in 2017. Ainie was offered to joinFareez Shah & Partners from January 2016 till July 2020 as their Partner and Syariah Consultant.Passionate towards advancing and enhancing her legal practice, Ainie then established her own firm,Nurainie Haziqah & Co and currently serving as the Managing Partner.
Throughout 7 years of practice, Ainie has extensive litigation experience and is involved in civil and general litigation that includes representing Joint Management Bodies and companies for debt recovery matters. Ainie is passionate in empowering women and girls at all levels, from supporting women as leaders to combating domestic abuses at homes. She handled myriad cases of family matters that include applications for disputed and undisputed divorce, child custody, maintenance for wife and children and other matrimonial issues. With her expertise, Ainie also contributed her knowledge as Syariah Consultant to serve her clients in her own manner by assisting individuals and families to receive the right legal advices.
For many years, Ainie has always been known for her vast experiences in social work with various communities. She volunteered as legal advisors at various local NGOs to educate women to fight against domestic abuse. Apart from that, Ainie is the pro bono lawyer at DHRRA Malaysia since January 2017,committed to helping undocumented and stateless persons attaining their citizenship and basic rights in Malaysia.
Apart from practising, she co-founded 3 NGOs serving different objectives and visions to help underprivileged communities like Rohingya refugees, young women, single mothers and urban poor. She has enormous ambition and passion in making Malaysia a better country to live in. For this, Ainie hasbeen invited to become speakers at public and private universities and platforms to educate and share her thoughts and experiences on local politics, volunteerism and social work and various legal perspectives and issues, to name a few, family matters, statelessness and citizenship, women’s rights and refugees issue. In December 2020, Ainie was appointed by the Law Faculty of UiTM Shah Alam to review the curriculum for Law & Politics. She is also appointed as Malaysian Mentor at Women Ascension, an International NGO platform based in Pakistan.
Hawanisa is a highly qualified legal professional with a unique background and extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. She obtained a Bachelor in Legal Studies (BLS) andL.L.B (Hons.) degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and in 2015, she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya.
Hawanisa’s legal career began at Ram Reza & Muhammad, where she gained invaluable expertise in corporate and commercial legal practice. However, her entrepreneurial spirit drove her to explore opportunities beyond traditional legal practice. Leveraging her legal knowledge and expertise in startup and business matters, Hawanisa has successfully navigated the challenges commonly faced by startups, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, shareholder’s rights, financial matters, and drafting essential legal documents such as website terms of use and employment agreements. Her comprehensive understanding of these areas ensures that her startups are legally compliant and well-positioned for success.
With a diverse background that includes international experience and entrepreneurship, Hawanisa was also involved in assisting companies in exploring the Indonesian market and engaging in cross-border transactions, including projects in Dubai. As an entrepreneur herself,she has co-founded several noteworthy startups in the social and technology entrepreneurship sectors. Despite her involvement in these ventures, Hawanisa’s legal expertise remains instrumental in ensuring legal compliance and providing valuable guidance to fellow entrepreneurs. In her current role as the head of the Corporate and Commercial department, she specializes in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements. Her commercial understanding and entrepreneurial background enable her to deliver practical advice that aligns with clients’ business goals.

Nur Afiqah Din binti Baharudin is a highly accomplished and skilled conveyancing lawyer with valuable experience working on numerous developer projects. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2019 and began her legal career as a pupil at Messrs Zainul Rijal Talha & Amir, specializing in conveyancing matters. After being admitted to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in December 2020, she continued her practice as a lawyer in the same firm.
In September 2021, Afiqah joined Messrs Jamaliyah Hidayah & Co, where she was entrusted with being part of the conveyancing department. Her expertise and exceptional performance led her to subsequently join Messrs Nurainie Haziqah & Co, where she continued to excel in spearheading the conveyancing department.
Afiqah’s experience as a conveyancing legal assistant has provided her with extensive knowledge and proficiency in handling various conveyancing transactions, including sub-sales, developers’ projects, andrefinance matters. She has had the privilege of working with notable clients such as Sime Darby Property and PJH Holding, where she primarily focused on drafting Sales and Purchase Agreements and Loan Documentations.
One of Afiqah’s significant strengths lies in her ability to prepare complete financing documentations for numerous financial institutions. Her expertise extends to working with well-established banks such as CIMB Bank, Maybank, RHB Bank, LPPSA, Bank Islam, and Hong Leong Bank. Her comprehensive understanding of the required paperwork and processes involved in financing transactions sets her apart as a reliable and efficient conveyancing lawyer.
Beyond her technical skills, Afiqah derives a sense of satisfaction from her work in conveyancing, as it allows her to assist individuals in fulfilling their dream of owning a home. She is also passionate about educating people on property acquisition, demonstrating her commitment to providing comprehensive support to her clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Nureen Elysya binti Sakya graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM) in 2021. Soon after graduating, she commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Haris Ibrahim Kandiah Partnership where she was placed in the litigation department. Soon after she finishes her pupillage, she continues as paralegal at the firm until the December 2022. In February 2023, she joined Messrs. Nurainie Haziqah & Co as a paralegal where she was entrusted to be a part of the litigation department. She will be called to the bar on 24th February 2023.
Nureen started her career in the legal fraternity in litigation department due to her passion in mooting. Over the course of her academic career, she took part in a number of international mooting competitions with the goal of pursuing the legal field.
During her pupillage, she has explored different practice areas which include but are not limited to Civil, Criminal and Commercial matters as well as Family law matter. She handled debt recovery matters, claims involving Liquidated Ascertained Damages, Fraud, Strata Management and more.She has also assisted counsels in hearings and trials.
Apart from that, she also had experience in drafting several conveyancing agreements such as SaleAssignment Cum Agreement, Asset Sale Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement, Charge Annexure and Supplemental Deed of Assignment during her tenure as temporary clerk in Messrs. Shook Lin& Book.
Having acquired these experiences, Nureen is confident that her passion and interest lie in dispute resolution/litigation as she particularly enjoys crafting ideas with teammates and bringing these ideas to life on paper and in Court. Being a junior associate in the legal profession, she is constantly eager to learn, willing to take on challenges, and steadfast in her commitment to work hard andpick up new skills as she goes.
